Detailed Product Description

1) The first process ---- repurification

Repurification includes the settlement, centrifugation, filtration, flocculation, combine with one or more steps, this process can remove the water, suspended mechanical impurities, and some dispersive mechanical impurities which exist with colloid state.

2) The second process ---Reprocessing

Reprocessing is mean adding chemical refining and adsorption refining abase on repurification, for example, use clay or sulfuric acid to refine after flocculation, or use chemical to remove the metal or break emulsion. This process not only can produce metal working fluid, but also can produce lube oil, mold oil, cleaning fuel and cleaning road oil which use in a normal condition.

3) The third process--- rerefining.

Rerefining is a regeneration process mainly including distillation. Such as :distillation---clay; distillation---acid---clay; distillation---hydrogenation; this process can produce regenerative base oil which can meet the requirement of natural oil, and adjust all kind low, medium, high-grade oil, the quality is close to oil which produce form natural oil.

4) The fourth process ---- catalyze into fuel oil

This process includes removing impurities and water, heating, distillation and catalysis. Such as distillation--- catalysis---clay, distillation--- catalysis--- hydrogenation, this process can produce gasoline, diesel oil and heavy fuel oil.
